III. Purpose of Data Processing and Legal Basis
The controller will process your personal data for the purpose of organizing events for the 30th anniversary of the Euromontana Association in Kraków and Małopolska, based on Article 6 para. 1 lit. (a) of the GDPR, in connection with your consent to the processing of personal data.
IV. Voluntariness of Providing Personal Data
Providing your personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing the data will be the inability to participate in the events for the 30th anniversary of the Euromontana Association in Kraków and Małopolska.
V. Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing mentioned above or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, as well as for the period of archival retention in accordance with the archival category defined in the Unified Classification of Documents for regional government authorities and marshal’s offices (Annex No. 4 to the current Regulation of the Prime Minister on the office management, unified classification of documents, and the organization and scope of action of archive offices) and the Act of 14 July 1983 on the National Archival Resource and Archives.
VI. Rights of Data Subjects
During the processing of personal data, you have the right to exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, in accordance with the provisions of these articles. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
VII. Data Recipients
Your personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized by law. Personal data may also be disclosed to data processors in connection with contracts entered into by the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Region, within which they have been entrusted with the processing of personal data, including IT service providers.
Data of members of the Euromontana Association may be disclosed to the Secretariat of the Euromontana Association.
VIII. Information Regarding Automated Data Processing, Including Profiling
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
